Ask Me About Racquetball.

When was the last time you brought someone new to the courts to play racquetball?

Racquetball is a sport filled with organizations that work to promote and build up the state of the sport. With all these state, national and international orgs., the sport "is" engaged enthusiasts. By this I mean, players with regular groups and cohorts, who often play competitively in organized events as well being socially competitive throughout their month. Most regular players have at some point been influenced by an organization in one way or another. Yet, most who are deeply engaged in racquetball on any level, have been led to a court to actually try the sport by an organization or an individual player, to experience the game. What is a compelling reason to come back, is what they see connected with racquetball.

In some cases, what players get from the sport is life changing. So many players live their lives with racquetball intricately woven into their schedules. They plan and spend their money with anticipation and expectation. I've seen smiling and heard laughter surrounding the courts. I've noticed the tendencies to be gracious and giving grow in people around racquetball courts. I've been told how close and connected we all are. How close we are. Being led to a racquetball court can change someone's life if they connect with the sport.

If you bring someone to your racquetball courts to play, it will be an opportunity for them to see what you get out of the sport. It will be an opportunity for someone to see the difference and the joy it brings to your life with others.

Don't look to organizations to grow the sport if you yourself are not willing to grow it yourself. It's up to you to actively bring people to the sport. Imagine what the sport would be if every player were mandated to bring in new players.

Ask me. Anytime.
