This weekend will see to drastically different events take place. USA Racquetball Collegiate Nationals and Beach Bash. Apples and Oranges.
The apples have it going on in North Carolina. I'll be somewhat listening, though most likely after Monday.
I'm setting off to hit the oranges today. Decided to unplug and just enjoy Hollywood Beach, with friends and some seriously competitive One Wall. (Racquetball's red headed stepchild.) If you know racquetball, chances are you'll see some interesting names in this growing, cross-section event.
No laptop. No cameras. Just my racquets, a couple of books and my sandals. (Okay, no one really unplugs today...smartphone will be in tow. But I'll be seriously trying not to pick it up for more than texts. Seriously.)
